These Terms and Conditions shall apply to and govern the relationship between Continuum Risk Advisory Pte Ltd (“Continuum”), whose business address is 9 Sengkang Square, 14-17 Compass Heights, Singapore 545075. These Terms of Use take effect either: 1) Upon you use and access to this website or you provide consent to us via email or other electronic mechanism.
For the avoidance of doubt and without prejudice to the aforesaid, where applicable, these Terms of Use apply to the relationship between Continuum and you. When you seek advice or any form of service, or execution of any instruction on your part, you accept Continuum to collect the required information, and pass to the appointing Insurance Partners of Continuum, which is a registered insurance company or insurance intermediary regulated by the respective authority in the jurisdiction that the insurance is being sourced, for the handling of the insurance business. These Terms of Use shall be contractually binding on both parties.
- Description of Services
Continuum operates as an independent servicing platform and technical support service provider for the insurers and/or insurance broker companies and/or insurance agencies companies (“Insurance Partners”) who you appoint to act on your behalf to negotiate contracts of insurance in line with their regulatory approval and all applicable laws.
Continuum provides general risk advice and insurance product information through our website and other online means. Continuum is not an insurance company, insurance agency or insurance brokerage company and does not provide financial advice. All insurance-related activities displayed, accessed through the Continuum client portal or through Continuum personnel are provided by Continuum’s licensed Insurance Partners.

The following companies are currently Continuum’s Insurance Partners and are the corresponding licenced insurance intermediary under the relevant laws of their respective jurisdiction. Other partners may be used from time to time depending on the location of the client but this will be informed in advance.
